Most of ingridients we use are signed on official List of Traditional Products approved by Ministry of Agriculture nad Rural Development which means that they do not contain any ingridients improving taste, smell or colour.

Your health and safety are our priority. Due to ongoing pandemic situation we have implemented number of additional procedures aiming of minimize risk of being infected by COVID-19.

RECEPTION/ GUEST SERVICE:
Only one person at the reception desk is allowed.
At the front desk, the glass proactive screen has been installed.
Hand sanitization is available.
Our staff is equipped with PPE meaning face masks and disposable gloves
All guests are obliged to wear face masks before entering the hotel (there is possibility of buying them upon reception desk).
All procedures has been minimized (before arrival guests are asked to pass information necessary to make smooth check in and check out).
Rotation system of selling rooms has been applied.
Each surface is sanitized after every contact with a guest.
We recommend non-cash transactions.
SAFETY IN PUBLIC AREAS
We kindly ask for respecting social distancing and wearing face masks all time.
Only checked in guest and hotel staff can be present in the hotel.
Hand sanitizers through guest areas (at the entrance, in halls, next to elevators) are available.
All public areas are regularly sanitized and ventilated.
Cleaning schedule has been applied to all sensitive places, such as handrails, handles, light switches, elevators.
Only one person in the elevator is allowed (we recommend using stairs).
Bathrooms are equipped with soap dispenser, sanitizer and handwashing guidance.
All hotel staff has been trained in the field of COVID-19 security policy.
All hotel staff is obliged to comply with using PPE meaning face masks and disposable gloves.

ROOMS:
In order to ensure safety of our guest and employees we have implemented sale rotation system which assume 24-hour room closures between turnover to provide sanitization.
We minimize number of guest at each floor.
Rooms are cleaned, sanitized and ozonized with great sense of care and sanitary regime.
Furniture, pilots, telephones, fittings are sanitized after each departure.
Towels are washed in minimum 60°C.
We kindly ask not to use hotel’s hairdryers.
Room cleaning is done on request. After phone contact with the reception desk there is possibility to change bed linen (every 3 days), towels, adding bottled water and hygiene products.
Room’s accessories have been limited to most basic elements.
FACILITIES (sauna, gym)
All facilities are temporarily not available.
